As CHI begins to roll out another full year of programming, we wanted to share with you our accomplishments from this previous year.

This coming 2016-2017 year, Adelphi University’s Center for Health Innovation will offer a set of programming based on Aging Well on Long Island. We continued to expand our Raising the Healthiest Class of 2035 and Community Resiliency initiatives, plus many other interesting collaborations. Keep an eye on your email for forthcoming announcements!
