The right fit for you  is essential, and experiencing a campus firsthand goes a long way to determining this. Explore Adelphi’s beautiful 75-acre campus. Email tours@adelphi.edu to schedule a campus tour. — Esther Goodcuff, Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success

Prepare for Your Next Transition—a Career

To learn what you should be doing from the time of your transfer to commencement, visit the Center for Career Development website or email careercounselor@adelphi.edu. Discover internship and job opportunities—and ways to improve your résumé and job interviews. When it comes to internships alone, the numerous transfer student profiles in past issues of this newsletter attest to the importance of that experience to students’ career plans.

Finally, Ask Questions

That’s a common thread woven through all of the above pointers. “You should never assume,” as Tony Randall’s Felix cautioned in an episode of the classic TV sitcom The Odd Couple set in a courtroom. Always ask questions, and visit our website regularly for information.
