Think Pink with AU Athletics

For the seventh straight year, the Adelphi University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will be raising awareness of breast cancer with the Jennifer Montgomery Breast Cancer Awareness month event. The monthlong event includes raffle ticket sales and Think Pink merchandise to raise money and awareness for the cause. All proceeds will support the Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program. The 2012 Think Pink campaign generated nearly $6,500, which brings the department’s cumulative contribution to more than $27,500.

The next Think Pink events will be on Saturday, October 12, 2013:

Women’s soccer vs. Bentley College at 1:00 p.m. (Think Pink Game)

Men’s soccer vs. St. Michael’s College at 4:00 p.m. (Think Pink Game)

Women’s volleyball vs. Pace University at 12:00 noon / vs. Chestnut Hill College at 4:00 p.m. (Think Pink Game)
