2018 Jaggar Community Fellows Program Application Deadline

The deadline for students to apply for the 2018 Jaggar Community Fellows Program is Thursday, March 1, 2018. This paid summer internship program has launched countless careers and positioned students to apply to the top graduate programs in the country.

The Jaggar Community Fellows Program, through the support of Adelphi’s Center for Career and Professional Development, provides an opportunity for Adelphi students to explore and enhance their professional goals and career objectives. This highly competitive and often life-changing program offers paid summer internships to students in all majors to gain valuable experiences in the nonprofit sector.

Through the support of our donors and the participation of numerous employers, we’re proud to give Adelphi students the opportunity to gain real-world work experience in their chosen field while making a difference in their community. The innovative program is a prime example of Adelphi’s dedication to service within the nonprofit sector, as well as its commitment to addressing regional needs and creating experiential learning opportunities for its students.

Application eligibility:

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Previous volunteer experience
  • Completed application
  • One completed recommendation form from a University faculty member or administrator
