Adelphi is one of America’s Top 50 Disability-Friendly Colleges and Universities

News

The independent online publication College Choice has named Adelphi as one of the best schools for students with disabilities. The Top 50 list highlights the institutions with the strongest programming and support services for students with physical impairments as well as those on the autism spectrum or with learning disabilities.

College Choice praised Adelphi for our commitment to giving students the tools they need to succeed, calling out the work of our Learning Resource Program for the help it provides students with ADHD or speech- or language-based learning differences, as well as the Social Training Center and our Bridges to Adelphi program, both designed for students on the autism spectrum.

About Adelphi: A modern metropolitan university with a personalized approach to higher learning.

Adelphi University is a highly awarded, nationally ranked, powerfully connected doctoral research university offering exceptional liberal arts and sciences programs and professional training with particular strength in its Core Four—Arts and Humanities, STEM and Social Sciences, the Business and Education Professions, and Health and Wellness.
