Art Education Graduates Excel Under New State Evaluation System


Four 2014 graduates of Adelphi’s B.F.A. program in Art Education have passed the edTPA exam with high marks. The edTPA is a multiple measure assessment of teaching designed to be predicting of effective teaching and student learning.

Congratulations to Jocelyn Lavorata, Alyssa Kurtberg, Nicole Spinello and Jane Judson as the first graduates of the program to take and pass the exam in its inaugural year.
