As a member, you will receive full access to Synergy’s top-of-the-line facility, including brand new equipment and a wide variety of group fitness classes, such as yoga, boot camp, Zumba and many more. You will also receive discounts to Uncle Bacala’s and GNC (both located on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park) and Mio Posto (located in Oceanside).
