Cool Down with Double Rainbow Ice Cream

If you’re in California, especially the Bay Area, or will be, cool down with the award-winning Double Rainbow Ice Cream. The brand, which was co-founded by Adelphi alumnus Michael Sachar ’70, produces more than 60 flavors of ice cream, sorbets and soy creams, many of which are kosher, parve and vegan.

You’ll find Double Rainbow sold at venues throughout California and coast to coast.
