“Fast Company” Consults Professor MaryAnne Hyland

Want to work from home on Fridays? MaryAnne Highland, Ph.D., professor in the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business at Adelphi University, offered guidance in a recent Fast Company” article on ways to convince your manager.

“When a company values an employee, managers are usually willing to have a conversation about working from home, and often are willing to work out some type of an agreement when feasible,” Dr. Hyland told Fast Company.
