What is open access?

Open access (OA) refers to freely available, digital, online information. Open access scholarly literature is free of charge and can be used without licensing restrictions for research, teaching or other purposes. Many OA journals comply with established peer-review processes and maintain high publishing standards. Open access to research increases its visibility, and allows it to reach a wider audience. So try to use and cite open access peer reviewed journals in your work.
