IT Student Worker of the Month: March 2018

The staff of the Office of Information Technology would like to congratulate Joseph Zambrano as the March 2018 IT Student Worker of the Month.

Joseph is a Computer Science major in the Class of 2019 who works with the Endpoint Integration team.

Here are some of the comments we received from IT staff members and other student workers who nominated him:

“Joe is very reliable, motivated and works with minimal supervision. He works fluently on both PCs and Apple Computers. He has taken up the slack in supporting our student’s tickets submitted for dormitory connectivity issues.”

“Joe is a great worker. He does any job asked. He is also the only one that does dorm tickets at the same time as other tickets.”

“Joe is one of the most consistent student-worker I’ve seen. He has good work ethics; always does assigned job thoroughly. When I have an assignment for him, it’s usually little guidance involved and rarely I have to go back to correct any mistake. His job performance and demeanor is one of the main reasons that we entrust him to be TSS for dorm calls, because we know he will do a good job. “
